The Retreat is a blank canvas for any type of event. Guests can schedule team building activities, bachelorette parties, meetings, bonfires, meals, speakers, music, awards, or just a good time. The perfect balance of productivity and relaxation.
COMPANY EVENTS
Your team will rediscover what it means to truly create and connect offline at our property just 50 miles from Austin, but deep in the scenic heart of the Texas Hill Country. Join us on this journey back to summer camp with accommodations for up to 200, where intellectual, personal and professional growth are limitless. We have several venues to accommodate all meetings and events.
Special Events
We love to host our own events that we market to the public. A few of our favorites are Almost Adults Camp, a weekend-long extravaganza where 20-30 somethings live out their childhood camp dreams as adults, inclusive of programming, food, and booze. We also have our annual Thanksgiving Fest, where families can leave the cooking and entertainment to us and enjoy a week full of activities for the whole family to enjoy. We also have guests rent out the property for family reunions, bachelorettes, private events, you name it!

Event Spaces
Cozy in size but huge in character, the Longhorn Room is the perfect setting for your intimate dinner or small meeting. Tall ceilings accentuate the stone fireplace and wrought iron chandelier.
This comfortable common room features a lounge area with Direct TV, a pool table, and an area
for optional bar service. Just outside the Bluebonnet room, guests can enjoy 24/7 access to beverages, sodas, and
snacks
The Retreat’s most versatile space is the Live Oak Room. Perfect for medium-sized meetings and
events, the Live Oak features Saltillo tile flooring and a beautiful stone fireplace.
