All staffing is provided by The Retreat and calculated based on your reported number of guests and timeline. All setup and breakdown of spaces is done by Retreat staff. Staff rates are not included in the site fee.
Event Manager
$150 per day
One Event Manager is required.
One additional Event Manager is required for every 50 guests.
Server
$25 per hour per Server, plus one hour added for set-up & breakdown
Buffet: One Server for every 20 guests.
Family Style or Plated: One Server for every 15 guests.
Bartender
$30 per hour, per Bartender, plus one hour added for setup & breakdown
One Bartender for every 50 guests.
Lifeguard
$25 per hour, per Lifeguard
Three Lifeguards minimum. Five Lifeguards to open all water activities at once.
