You can choose to rent The Retreat for just one magical day, with the option for you and your guests to stay overnight for the night of the wedding only. A contracted Room Block of cabins is NOT required with Day Rental but encouraged to guarantee availability for guests.

Rent The Retreat for an ENTIRE WEEKEND of fun and magic for you, your family, and friends. A Room Block of cabins IS required with a Weekend Rental and typically lasts from Friday– Sunday, or any two nights of the week.
Day Rental Rates
Saturdays: $7000
Weekdays (Sun-Fri): $4000
Rental Rates Include:- Non-exclusive access to The Retreat for the day of your reception, beginning at 9 AM and ending at 12 AM (midnight).
- Option to add overnight cabins for the night of the reception with a minimum of ten (10) cabins.
- Coordination of wedding by on-site coordinator.
- We happily work with outside planners or can provide in-house, full-service planning.
- Choice of indoor or outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception site.
- No rehearsal access the day before.
- Ten (10) coordination hours prior to event with our on-site coordinator for ceremony/reception timeline development, menu planning, room layouts, and vendor coordination.
- Menu tasting for bride and groom, plus 2 guests.
- Use of property for engagement or wedding photos prior to wedding date.
- Use of 24/7 fitness center, all yard games, sports fields, basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, canoes, kayaks, hiking & biking trails, fishing equipment, Rural Wi-Fi, and lounge areas.
- Rental furniture, place settings, catering equipment are included for one-hundred (100) guests.
- $11-18 per each additional.
- All guest tables in either 60” round tables or 8’ banquet tables.
- Up to seven (7) farmhouse tables for head table or accent tables with up to eight (8) matching wooden chairs at each.
- Wooden folding chairs in natural wood.
- White china dining plates, salad plates, and cake plates.
- Clear pint glasses, wine glasses, and rocks tumblers.
- Silver dinner forks, knives, and spoons.
- All necessary catering equipment, serve-ware, and silver utensils.
- White, knee-length linens for all guest tables.
- Option to upgrade to full-length colors available for additional fee.
- White, floor-length linens for all side tables.
- Access to all Retreat decor, vases, candle holders, etc.
- Access to all Retreat furniture for reception lounge options.
- All setup and breakdown of the items above for ceremony, reception, and all scheduled activities and meals throughout the day.
- In-house catering required for all weddings & events - with some exceptions made on an individual basis for rehearsal meal only.
- Alcoholic beverages NOT included with packages above.

Rental Rates Included for Exclusive & Non-Exclusive Access:- Access to The Retreat and contracted spaces from Friday at 3 PM until Sunday at 11 PM.
- Or any four (4) days - three (3) nights.
- Choice of indoor or outdoor rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, ceremony, and reception sites.
- Complimentary honeymoon suite for bride and groom’s wedding night.
- Day-of coordination by on-site wedding coordinator from arrival through departure.
- We happily work with outside wedding planners or can provide in-house, full-service coordination.
- Fifteen (15) coordination hours prior to event with our on-site coordinator for weekend timeline & schedule development, menu planning, room layouts, and vendor coordination.
- Menu tasting for bride and groom, plus four (4) guests.
- Simple floral arrangements for rehearsal dinner tables.
- Bride and groom dressing quarters.
