The University of Texas Hildenbrand Department of Petroleum & Geosystems visited The Retreat at Balcones Springs for a 2-day event of meetings, breakout sessions, and keynote speakers. Hildenbrand utilized our myriad of meeting rooms and spaces for a series of corporate breakout sessions, as well as a 150-person keynote speech and student mixer in our Rio Grande Dining Hall.
The weekend wasn’t all business, however. Guests made sure to enjoy the recreational perks The Retreat at Balcones Springs has to offer, including swimming and water toys on our private, spring-fed lake, an ice cream social on our lakeside beach, and an Amazing Race/family challenge game that reminded us all of our summer camp days.
Some comments from the UT Hildenbrand guests include:
10/10 would come again!!!
A friendly staff and very nice property!
Thanks so much for visiting, UT Hildenbrand! We had a blast hosting you at The Retreat and recalling some of our favorite moments from our summer camp sessions. Good luck with the school year!
